Note:
- All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
- Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
- Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom
- Since there is memorial round for the competition, the softcopy of memorial is required to be submitted by 11.00 AM, on 7th August at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained. The memorials must be submitted in MS Word or Docx Format only.
- The teams are free to choose the side they want to represent for the elimination and prepare on any two issues from the proposition.
- The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
