Team Composition: 2 or 3 members (2 speakers & or researcher)

Note:

1. All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
2. For elimination, memorials will hold 55% of the marks. The teams need to prepare on two issues. It should be prepared and drafted completely.
3. The teams should mail the memorial to nlcmcsociety@gmail.com, a day before the elimination and if the teams score 25 marks & above,only then they will be called for the elimination round.
4. Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
5. Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
6. The memorials must be submitted in MS Word or Docx Format only.
7. The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
