Note:
- Early elimination is conducted as the rule grants participation priority to the initial 24 teams based on a first-come-first-serve basis in the competition.
- All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
- Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
- Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
- The memorials must be submitted in MS Word or Docx Format only.
- The softcopy of memorial is required to be submitted, on or before 09:00 AM, on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
- The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
