Note:

1. All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
2. The provision of witnesses by MCS will be contingent upon the number of teams registered for the competition, with additional details regarding this matter scheduled to be communicated on September 16, 2023.
3. Selection will be on the basis of oral hearings.
4. Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline mode.
5. The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
