Note:

1. All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
2. Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
3. Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in online mode via Zoom.
4. The softcopy of memorial is required to be submitted, on or before 09:00 AM, on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
5. Since there is memorial round for the competition,  it must be noted that the memorial shall hold 55% importance in the elimination process. The memorials must be submitted in MS Word or Docx Format only.
6. The teams must prepare witness material equivalent to half the total number of witnesses assigned in the official problem.
7. The teams have the liberty to select the side and any two issues they wish to present for the elimination round.
8. The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
