Note:
- All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and the moot proposition before registering for elimination.
- Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
- Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
- The softcopy of memorial is required to be submitted, on or before 09:00 AM, on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
- The teams have the liberty to select the side they wish to represent for the elimination round and are required to prepare on any two issues arising from the proposition.
- The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
