Note:
- All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and the moot proposition before registering for elimination.
- Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
- Oral Hearing of the selected teams for the elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
- The soft copy of the memorial is required to be submitted on or before 09:00 AM on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
- Participants shall prepare Issues 1 and 4 from either side for the elimination rounds. Participants may, at their discretion, also prepare the remaining issues in addition to these compulsory issues.
- The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating in the elimination round or not) at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before the elimination.
