Note:
- All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and the moot proposition before registering for elimination.
- Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
- Oral Hearing of the selected teams for the elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
- The soft copy of the memorial is required to be submitted on or before 09:00 AM on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
- Participants shall prepare Issue 1st and Issue 3rd from either side for the Elimination Rounds. Participants may, at their discretion, also prepare the remaining issues in addition to these compulsory issues.
- The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating in the elimination round or not) at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before the elimination.
