Note:

1. All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
2. Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
3. Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
4. The softcopy of memorial is required to be submitted, on or before 09:00 AM, on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
5. The provision of witnesses by MCS will be contingent upon the number of teams registered for the competition, with additional details regarding this matter scheduled to be communicated on January 11, 2026.
6. The teams must prepare witness material equivalent to half the total number of witnesses assigned in the official problem.
7. The teams have the liberty to select the side they wish to represent for the elimination round.
8. The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
