Note:

1. All teams are required to read the rules of the competition and moot proposition before registering for elimination.
2. Selection will be on the basis of memorials and oral hearings.
3. Oral Hearing of the selected teams for elimination round will be conducted in offline/online mode via Zoom.
4. The softcopy of memorial is required to be submitted, on or before 09:00 AM, on the day of elimination at nlcmcsociety@gmail.com. No further submission shall be entertained.
5. The teams have the liberty to select the side they wish to represent for the elimination round and are required to prepare on any two issues arising from the proposition.
6. The teams are requested to mail Moot Court Society regarding their status (either participating for elimination round or not) on nlcmcsociety@gmail.com a day before elimination.
